Project Scope:
This project involved the installation of a comprehensive exterior drainage solution designed to effectively manage water flow and prevent moisture accumulation around the property. The scope included the installation of various drainage components, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Exterior Drainge:
The project included the installation of approximately 30 liniar feet of channel drain, 18 linear feet of French Drain, 202 linear feet 4" SDR35 pipe for discharge of drainage system and connecting it into 2 Flow-Well Water Dispersion systems for of an effective exterior drainage system designed to manage water flow and prevent moisture accumulation.
Flow Well Water Disperson System:
These systems are designed to disperse collected water into the surrounding soil, reducing surface runoff and promoting groundwater recharge.
Outcome:
The successful completion of this exterior drainage system installation provided a robust solution for managing water flow around the property. The combination of channel drains, French drains, and effective discharge piping ensures that water is efficiently redirected away from critical areas, minimizing the risk of flooding and moisture-related issues.
